Our company is seeking a Hiring Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • The Hiring Specialist will be responsible for recruiting candidates by understanding the organization's needs and ensuring those needs are met when hiring for new positions.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

The Hiring Specialist will also be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, conducting disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner, and updating policies to reflect changing organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Recruit candidates by understanding the organization's needs and ensuring those needs are met when hiring for new positions.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Conduct disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Policies: Update policies to reflect changing organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and recruitment, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
