We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Employee Support Specialist
- Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records accurately, including personal information, employment details, salaries, benefits, and attendance.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Prepare and maintain various administrative documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related paperwork.
- Update internal databases with employee information and generate reports to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and providing necessary support.
- Ensure a smooth exit process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and processing final payments.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to provide accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like WorkDay or SAP is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation in ME regions is required.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets is essential.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary for this role.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Thorough understanding of computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred.
