About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement to contribute to building a thriving workplace in a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Associate, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll support, and employee experience initiatives. You'll also have the chance to support policy creation, manage HR databases, and assist in organizing engaging events that shape a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Write and publish engaging job descriptions that highlight our unique work culture.
- Source and screen resumes to identify high-potential candidates.
- Manage interview scheduling, communication, and overall candidate experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our culture and values to prospective hires.
- Support compensation benchmarking and recommend pay-for-performance incentives.
- Ensure speed in hiring while maintaining rigorous selection standards.
HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Manage smooth onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR database compliance.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration by verifying and preparing data.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Draft HR policies, process documents, and communication templates.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Office Administration
- Support workplace management by maintaining office supplies and resources.
- Lead by example in upholding organizational discipline and core values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
