Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for handling HR management tasks, overseeing HR operations, facilitating training and development programs, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Their daily tasks will include supporting employee relations, managing HR documentation, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with recruitment processes.
