Key responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Onboarding: Help with new employee onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation
HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities
Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed by applicable laws and regulations
General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in HR

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office
