Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and enrollment in our NIAT program. As a BDM, you will engage with parents and students, conduct demo sessions, and manage the sales funnel to maximize conversions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Demo Sessions & Presentations: Showcase the benefits of NxtWave's NIAT product, highlighting its potential to boost future career prospects in the tech industry.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand clients' aspirations and needs, guiding them toward informed decisions about enrolling in NIAT.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Effectively manage the sales funnel, from lead nurturing to enrollment closure, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
  • Enrollment Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by converting demo session attendees into program participants.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to guide stakeholders toward making decisions.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Tamil.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
