Business Development Sales Associate

As a Business Development Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving enrollment numbers and contributing to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblack's makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
- Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹4,200,000 per annum, with additional incentives up to ₹2,000,000 per annum.
