Devfi Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have experience in IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales and business development. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage qualified candidates on the bench (those between projects) and place them in suitable positions with our clients.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and actively market them to clients to secure project placements.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with both candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to facilitate the placement process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of their submissions and interviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter or IT staffing recruiter, with a track record of success in placing candidates.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
