Job Title: Fiber Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Fiber Trainer to join our team at Reliance Jio in Trivandrum & Calicut location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with the ability to design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our field sales force.

About the Role:
As an Area Fiber Trainer, you will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to middle quartile resources, identifying training needs, ensuring training delivery and program management on a weekly basis for UJPM & HSO. You will also conduct regular cadence with field teams, ensure readiness for independent field deployment for new joiners within 7 days of joining, and handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months to ensure productivity as defined by business.

Skill Sets:
The successful candidate will possess excellent sales approach, prospecting, and closing skills, as well as strong negotiation, influencing, relationship building, communication, and assertiveness skills.
