HR Education Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Management expert to lead our team of educators and contribute to the development of our Placement Guarantee Courses (PGCs). As an HR Professor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging classes in Human Resource Management, integrating real-world examples and interactive activities to enhance student learning and retention.
Your primary objective will be to assess student projects and assignments against industry standards, providing personalized feedback to foster skill development and understanding. You will also conduct interactive sessions to evaluate students' application of HR concepts in practical scenarios, offering constructive feedback on their performance.
To ensure the success of our students, you will implement regular assessments to track their progress, deliver timely feedback, and refine course content as needed. Additionally, you will stay updated with HR industry trends, best practices, and innovations, integrating relevant updates into course materials and teaching methodologies.
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with the placements team to support students in their career development, offering guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking. Your mentorship and coaching skills will be essential in ensuring that teaching assistants (TAs) are effective in doubt resolution sessions and project evaluations.
Requirements- A minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a preference for teaching experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to imparting practical HR knowledge and skills to students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools is advantageous.
