Geriatric Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Nurses to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience post-registration and must be willing to work in a home care environment, providing personalized care to patients in their homes.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, medication management, and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow established care plans, and report any changes in patient health to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and industry standards.

• Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. in Nursing.
• License: Valid Indian Nursing Council Registration.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent hospital or clinical nursing experience post-registration.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Setting: Candidates must be willing to work in a home care setting.
• Desirable: Previous experience in home care nursing is highly valued.

• A competitive salary package of ₹250,000 - ₹300,000 per annum.
