About the Position - AGM-TALENT ACQUISITION

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR, with a minimum experience of 12 years in Talent acquisition with a reputed company.

Key Responsibilities & Experience
  • Excellent track record and experience in doing non-IT / Sales recruitments.
  • Managing a team of 10 –15 recruiters
  • Vendor Management.
  • Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; sales and non-sales requirements across levels.
  • Providing training to recruiters if required.
  • Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements and analysis with Business Heads.
  • Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost-effective hiring,
  • Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic, online interviews, fundamental analysis, and shortlisting of the candidates
  • Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers
  • Salary fitment, negotiations, and offer roll-outs.
  • Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
  • Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation
  • Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in Delhi- NCR
Qualifications
  • Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • 12 -14 Years of extensive experience in Mass/Niche/Support and leadership hiring.
  • Must have handled a large team.

Estimated salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
