Sales Talent Acquisitions Specialist

About the Role:
Suraasa is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with top sales talent and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit high-performing sales candidates using various networking and sourcing strategies.
- Develop strong partnerships with sales leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, priorities, and dynamics.
- Create talent pipelines using innovative approaches and streamline the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales recruitment within Ed-Tech or similar industries.
- Proficiency in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed, as well as familiarity with modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and is adaptable to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
