Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business expansion. This role will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, product marketing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achievement of Revenue Targets
    • Achieve overall Monthly Sales Revenue leading to achievement of Annual Sales Revenue
    • Achieve Brand-wise Sales Revenue esp. for Key Brands
    • Ensure achievement of targets by each territory and maximize productivity
  • Customer Development / Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development
    • Develop brand specific core customers & develop their business contributions
    • Monitor the efforts of field officers with specific focus on ensuring regular visits and maximum coverage
    • Support the implementation of strategic alliance programs for maximising ROI from KOLs through ensuring periodical visits as mandated by headquarters
  • Product Development
    • Identify and develop core customers for each product and maximise their returns
    • Develop mechanisms to track the performance progress of these products and address gaps if any
  • Team Development/ Competence Development
    • Develop in-clinic effectiveness through channelizing the efforts of Field Officers in terms of Right Customer, Right Product and ensuring Right Frequency of visits
    • Improve in clinic competence of FOs by developing their product knowledge, application of selling skills through joint call coaching
    • Develop teamwork and culture amongst the FOs
  • Effective Implementation of Marketing Programs
    • Ensure effective implementation of marketing programs (CMEs / Symposiums / Camps etc) thereby develop key brands in each territory through a team of FOs
    • Periodically track the implementation of marketing programs and address gaps if any
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Timely reporting of Self & ensure the discipline of FOs in timely reporting as per timelines
    • Maintain records of each territory and ensure the same in case of FOs
