Key Territory Head for Bancassurance Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Key Territory Head to lead the Bancassurance Channel. This role requires a professional with an exceptional track record in bancassurance who can drive business growth, manage key relationships, and lead a large team to achieve sales targets across a designated region.

About the Role:
  • Business Development: Drive business growth and achieve targets within the allocated region by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth business development processes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Managers to uphold a high standard of business for the organization, overseeing a team of Cluster Managers who in turn manage Front-Line Sales representatives.
Requirements:
  • A proven and exceptional track record in the bancassurance channel of the life insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and supervising large teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills.
