Job Title: VP of Sales and Business Development

Company Overview:

Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of IT solutions, and we are looking for a skilled VP of Sales and Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven track record of success, and excellent leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹450,000 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the IT sector. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including C-level executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions on a weekly basis.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in software product sales, preferably in the AI, RPA, or ASP.NET space.
  • Excellent sales experience in offshore, onshore, and onsite software staffing system integration business verticals.
  • Proven track record of managing sales and marketing teams, project management, and team leadership skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills, email etiquette, and telephone etiquette.
  • Cognitive skills, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
