Job Description: As a Business Development Manager in our Inside Sales team at WNS, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic lead generation and account management.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for generating maximum qualified leads (MQLs) and sales accepted leads (SALs) to meet targeted opportunity numbers.
  • You will track opportunities generated for your respective accounts until they are progressed to a closed status.
  • You will plan and manage campaign calendars for assigned verticals, designing focused campaigns and coordinating relevant marketing materials prior to launch.
  • You will effectively manage message-mix across WNS offerings and related campaigns, ensuring maximum account and contact penetration.
  • You will build accurate and consistent talking points for each campaign based on messaging, including killer questions and win-result statements.
  • You will make maximum calls daily to Director/VP+ levels, establishing relationships with gatekeepers and securing buy-in from multiple decision makers for meeting setup within accounts.
  • You will understand org structures and establish connects with CXO/VP/Director contacts, expanding the prospect database across functions via extensive research.
  • You will identify and establish connects with Economic Buying Influencers, User Buying Influencers, Technical Buying Influencers, and Coaches.
  • You will assist Sales and BU leaders in identifying/building target accounts.
  • You will conduct research using Google, Hoovers, and other sources to help identify target accounts and map the outsourcing landscape, along with competitive intelligence.
  • You will assist in developing account plans for target accounts, mapping the organization with names/titles of key decision makers for each line of business around business units, CEO organization direct reports, Board, shared services units, advisors.

Requirements:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field.
  • You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • You are proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
