**Job Title:** Regional Sales Leader - Real Estate
Salary: ₹45,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (Negotiable)
At Ct, we are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Leader to drive supply-side growth and formulate sales strategies for our real estate business. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in successfully onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the supply-side sales team with a focus on onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the corporate sales team to ensure seamless integration of supply and demand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
