Dr Lal PathLabs is a leading diagnostic services provider in India.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region, building strong relationships with key clients, and developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient acquisition.

Salary: ₹50-75 Lacs per annum (based on experience)

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise sales activities in order to achieve planned yearly turnover and gross profit in assigned national direct customers.

You will interact with key clients to make them understand our services, deliverables, and other such details. You will also contribute towards organizational, team, and self-growth by achieving target revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient acquisition
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate deals to achieve target revenue
  • Contribute towards organizational, team, and self-growth by achieving target revenue
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop a brand plan

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in diagnostic or pharma sales
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics products, their features, applications, and advantages
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

Candidate should have any graduate degree; preferable B.Sc/B.Pharm
