Position Background:
The Jr. Key Account Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the region, focusing on the Engineering Components and Surface Technology business. This individual will be responsible for achieving targets, handling distribution and liaison agents, and identifying new opportunities for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in the region through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Manage distribution and liaison agents to increase sales year-over-year for Wear products business.
- Identify new opportunities in the region and build a pipeline for future growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Production with Management background.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales/Application in Metal-Forming/Wear Products/Coating technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (minimum 50-70%).
