Position Background:
The Jr. Key Account Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in the region, specifically in the Engineering Components and Surface Technology segment. This role will focus on achieving targets, handling distribution and liaison agents, and identifying new opportunities for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue in the region.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, costing, finance, and HR.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key account management for projects in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results and meet customer needs.
