Position Overview
The Jr. Key Account Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in the region, achieving targets, and handling distribution and liaison agents. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the region
- Manage and maintain relationships with distribution and liaison agents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve targets and improve sales performance
- Identify new opportunities and develop business pipeline
- Apply creativity and innovation in approach and implementation
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and application in metal-forming, wear products, and coating technologies. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales or application is preferred. The candidate should also possess excellent business acumen, financial, and negotiating skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
