Unified CX Solutions is currently seeking experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to join our team. As an Inbound Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be fluent in English. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers and resolve their queries and concerns
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Canadian Management Team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve technical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
  • Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
  • Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time
