Job Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to channel partners and end users via email, telephone, or on-site visits. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless integration of our products and services with the customer's existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical training curriculums for channel partners and conduct technical training courses.
  • Enhance the technical knowledge and competencies of our users and partners in Dobot robots and applications.
  • Prepare and translate technical documentation, including guides and user manuals.
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and seminars to showcase products and services.
  • Design and develop applications for trade shows and seminars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering-related subject.
  • Minimum three years' experience in the robotics or automation industry.
  • Experience designing and integrating robotic applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages like C++/Java/Python/Lua (optional).
