Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless issue resolution and escalation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a managed services or SaaS environment.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, server virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), BCDR solutions, Microsoft licensing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
