Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving technical issues related to our product suite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking, CentOs Linux, and Windows OS, as well as mandatory experience in at least two of the following: Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, or Object Oriented Programming.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, documenting and verifying reported problems, and engaging additional resources when necessary. Strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of the product suite for customers and partners worldwide.
  • Document and verify reported problems, troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing available tools, resources, and documentation.
  • Log/report issues on CRM, provide effective communication to customers, peers, and other teams.
  • Understand and set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
  • Closed issues by providing quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root cause wherever applicable.

  • Able to work in a technical and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to achieve KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to work hours outside of normal shift to meet customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends.
