Job Opportunity: Product Support Specialist

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position offering exceptional customer service and technical support to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve diverse customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring consistent support coverage across 24x5 shifts.
  • Deliver timely responses across email, chat, slack, and video platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge by utilizing internal documentation to handle general inquiries, integrations, API issues, and other technical troubleshooting.
  • Identify trends and report missing knowledge articles or required edits to senior specialists or managers.
  • Stay updated on product developments, policy changes, known issues, user feedback, and comprehensive understanding of compliance domains and product features.
  • Proactively address outages or critical issues, ensuring timely communication with engineers and managers, and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical support skills are highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred.
  • E-commerce industry experience is an asset.
