Job Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kochi. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Document all incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and devices
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Experience with Windows Server OS 2016
  • Knowledge of Azure and cloud computing
