Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

About the Role

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • A strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, including Windows Server and Linux OS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with SQL and remote support tools
  • A good understanding of networks and network protocols

We also value candidates with certifications in CompTIA A+ or equivalent, as well as experience working with Fortinet.
