We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.

As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- A strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, including Windows Server and Linux OS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with SQL and remote support tools
- A good understanding of networks and network protocols
