
Sales and Partnerships Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Lead to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic sponsorship sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sponsorship strategies for live events that align with brand objectives.
- Identify potential sponsors, build relationships, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.
- Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages that meet brand needs.
- Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events & experiential industry.
- Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
- Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
