Job Description:

The role of a Zonal Head is to oversee the strategic alliances and partnerships across a specific zone, driving business growth through innovative partnership models and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. • Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, brokers, and corporate agents to expand market presence.

  2. • Identify and onboard new partners through consultative business-to-business engagement to enhance our offerings.

  3. • Develop and present tailored solutions to attract new partnerships, leveraging product capabilities such as Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.

  4. • Monitor and optimize alliance performance to ensure maximum ROI and achieve zonal targets.

  5. • Collaborate with product and operations teams to stay competitive in the market.

  6. • Provide market insights and competition mapping to inform product strategy and drive business growth.

  7. • Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives to execute business plans effectively.

  8. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
