Elite Business Development Specialist

We seek an accomplished Elite Business Development Specialist to foster strategic partnerships with high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand business relationships with high net worth customers for commercial assets and liabilities.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service orientation and adhere to bank policies.
  • Cross-sell existing banking products to customers, enhancing their overall banking experience.
  • Inform customers about new banking services or product enhancements to further deepen the banking relationship.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with other group companies to provide seamless access to a diverse range of products.
  • Accurately maintain complete business records for assigned client accounts.
  • Monitor customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in business development or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Elite Business Development Specialist.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining business relationships with a select group of high net worth clients through personalized customer service.
  • Strong understanding of trade and foreign exchange markets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial assets, including credit cards, overdraft facilities, term loans, and export finance.
  • Understanding of mutual funds and insurance is an added advantage.
