Job Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive net-zero advertising. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships, and experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
  • They will manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
  • This role involves supporting co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
  • The successful applicant will collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to deliver partner-driven solutions.
  • Track partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.

Requirements:

  • A relationship-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field is required.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment are key characteristics of this role.
