We aim to organize and simplify the industry, which has been highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit globally.
We are expanding rapidly, with plans to capture the massive market in India, estimated to be worth $650 billion in 2025 and $1 trillion in 2030.
The successful candidate will support the development of long-term organizational strategy for contractor/subcontractor partnerships, conduct research and analysis on onboarding processes, and align departmental goals with the organizational strategy based on demand and supply matrix.
This role requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
