Strategic Banking Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Banking Partnership Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in expanding our business capabilities through strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating growth using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

  • Build Strategic Partnerships

The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. This partnership will be instrumental in expanding our business capabilities.

Identify and Assess Potential Partners

Research and analyze potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.

Negotiate Agreements

Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our business objectives.

Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders

Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.

Drive Growth and New Initiatives

Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for our company's business.

Monitor Industry Trends

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies. This knowledge will help identify potential partnership opportunities and inform decision-making.

Key Requirements:
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the financial services space.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
