Chief Growth Officer Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, execution-first position designed for results-driven professionals who want to work directly with founders on strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting partnerships, managing go-to-market workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to structure partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations that deliver business outcomes.
  • Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets to achieve scalable business growth.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for tracking progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and service level agreements are met. You will also provide valuable insights into market/competition analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, documentation ability, and ownership mindset. They will be proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools.
