Leading a Channel Alliances and Partnership Team

A dynamic General Manager is required to spearhead our channel partnerships. This key position involves developing, qualifying, and closing opportunities across the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply in-depth understanding to address complex technology needs within businesses
  • Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of prospects; discovering, developing, and managing relationships with prospective customers to sell our services
  • Understand customer pain points; identify solutions by leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers
  • Make informed business decisions based on quantifiable information and numbers
  • Create and present proposals to stakeholders; provide thorough and accurate insight into their strategic initiatives; determine the customers capacity, ability, and desire to purchase our types of services; communicate how our services align with their strategic needs
  • Retain customers by maintaining a high level of responsiveness to both existing and prospective customer requests for technology solutions
  • Meet and/or exceed an assigned sales target
  • Apply understanding of technology operations, corporate technology infrastructure, networking technologies, and applications in a typical enterprise environment
  • Assure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication; solicit/identify additional business and solve problems

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in consultative selling specific to technology solutions and services to mid-market companies
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas and developing new customer leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales
  • Possess the ability to build trust by communicating pertinent information and data via video, email, phone and/or face-to-face; project confidence, expertise, and sincerity in the delivery of proposals to stakeholders
  • Technical proficiency; data and sales technology literacy; experience utilizing sales intelligence and CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
  • Bachelors/Master's Degree preferred
