We serve clients across chemical, pharma, dye-intermediates, and other industrial sectors. We are now looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this next phase of expansion.

Role Summary

As CEO, you will take full charge of business operations, strategy execution, and P&L ownership. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with the Managing Director to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and brand leadership in chemical process pumps.

This is an opportunity for a second-line leader or BU head from the pump, industrial equipment, or capital goods sector to step into a CEO role with full autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire operations of ALFA PUMPS (P) LIMITED including sales, production, finance, design, and customer service

Develop and execute a 3-year strategic growth plan

Drive domestic and international sales, build strong OEM, EPC, and export relationships

Lead the team to achieve targeted revenue, margin, and market share

Oversee production planning, quality control, and delivery excellence

Institutionalize robust reporting, ERP systems (Smart MRP), KPIs, and MIS tools

Recruit, mentor, and lead department heads to build a performance-driven organization

Represent the company at key exhibitions, client forums, and trade events

Report to the Managing Director with full business and operational accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile

15–25 years of experience in industrial pumps, fluid handling, or capital equipment industry

Prior experience in chemical process pumps or allied engineering sectors is preferred

Strong track record in sales leadership, P&L management, and team building

Exposure to OEM, EPC, and export markets

Tech-savvy with experience in digital tools like ERP, CRM, and quality systems

Engineering background (Mechanical/Chemical) is essential; MBA preferred

Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed CTC in the range of ₹30–45 LPA
