Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Director

As a seasoned professional in the sports sponsorship industry, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our organization's strategic partnerships.

  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify high-potential sponsorship opportunities across sporting events, leagues, and athletes to drive revenue growth.
    • Pitch and secure lucrative partnership deals that align with our business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and maximize sponsorship value.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors and partners, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies that meet organizational goals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship models to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation:
    • Analyze industry data and market research to inform sponsorship decisions and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions that align brand objectives with sports properties, driving long-term value creation.

This role requires a strong network within the sports ecosystem, deep understanding of sponsorship sales, and the ability to deliver creative, data-backed solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (MBA preferred) and 7–12 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the sports, media, or entertainment sector.
