The role holder is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership Management:
- Execute partnerships to achieve revenue targets, drive initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
- Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business with partners.
- Maintain the health of business from partners and ensure timely settlements.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and make informed decisions.
- Stay proficient in central office-channel management deliverables.
- Effectively manage channel facets of business.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Interface with control functions including compliance, legal, finance, and SPU.
- Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Achieve revenue targets through various initiatives.
- Create dashboards for engagement and review platforms to ensure budget delivery.
- Bridge the gap between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
- Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for trade & forex business in the retail segment.
- Bridge the sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills:
- Ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in central office-channel management deliverables.
- Strong handle on effective channel management facets of business.
