  • Mentor and support faculty members' professional growth, research excellence, and teaching effectiveness.
  • Lead curriculum innovation, review, and enhancement at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, incorporating modern pedagogies and industry standards.
  • Oversee student mentorship, advising, and extracurricular programs. Foster partnerships for internships, guest lectures, and experiential learning.
  • Promote faculty and student participation in research projects, grant acquisition, and scholarly publications.
  • Manage departmental operations, accreditation processes, resource allocation, and budgeting effectively.
