Job Role: Strategic Partnership Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to foster strong client relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive customer success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client goals and align solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for assigned clients.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to resolve issues.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services or solutions.
- Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract renewals.
- Work with sales and pre-sales teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Manage client stakeholders at executive and operational levels.
- Coordinate internal teams for seamless execution.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
- Conduct regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients.
- Track key performance indicators, service level agreements, and engagement health metrics.
- Prepare management information reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
