Job Role: Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to foster strong client relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive customer success.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client goals and align solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for assigned clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to resolve issues.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services or solutions.
  • Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract renewals.
  • Work with sales and pre-sales teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Manage client stakeholders at executive and operational levels.
  • Coordinate internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
  • Conduct regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients.
  • Track key performance indicators, service level agreements, and engagement health metrics.
  • Prepare management information reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
