We're Hiring: B2B Sales Specialist – Corporate Partnerships & Venues | Millennial Events

Full-Time | Remote | EST Time Zone

Millennial Events, a leading North American entertainment & event production company, is looking for a confident and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with a proven track record in full-cycle sales. This includes everything from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on venue bookings and corporate sponsorships for live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, cold calls, follow-ups, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Drive venue booking deals for events across North America
  • Generate and close corporate sponsorships for shows, conferences, and entertainment events
  • Maintain relationships with venue managers, brand leads, and corporate decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to develop and present customized sponsorship proposals
  • Keep sales CRM updated and manage your sales pipeline independently
  • Represent Millennial Events in a professional, consultative manner across all calls, emails, and meetings

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, media, or marketing services
  • Proven experience handling the entire sales process, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident presenting over video calls and managing North American client expectations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience or willingness to handle both venue bookings and corporate outreach

Strong Assets (Nice-to-Have)

  • Previous B2B sales experience with North American clients
  • Experience closing event sponsorships or partnerships
  • Understanding of the Indian/South Asian business landscape in the U.S. or Canada
  • Network of business contacts in event-related industries

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
  • (Fully remote, but candidate must follow Eastern Time Zone)
