
Strategic Partnership Developer

The Senior Fundraising Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing strategic resource mobilization initiatives to diversify funding streams for our organization.
- Collaborate with thematic leads to co-create compelling pitches, proposals, and donor-aligned program designs that align with our organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain stewardship, compliance, and high-impact reporting for institutional donors, corporate foundations, family foundations, UHNIs, and emerging models.
Fundraising Focus:
- Institutional donors, domestic and international, multilateral agencies, consulting firms, ESG donors, HNIs, philanthropists, corporate and family foundations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Persuasive Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, presents as persuasive, credible, and polished, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Create External Strategic Alliances: Develops and leverages collaborative relationships to support work goals.
- Contributes to Team Performance: Actively participates as an engaged and integral member of the team.
- Negotiation: Effectively explores alternatives and positions to reach mutually acceptable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate qualification in Business Development/Management with demonstrable experience of fundraising.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in fundraising with Institutional Donors.
- Experience of submitting proposals/ pitches to USAID/ European Union/ Co-Impact/ ADB/ SIDA or similar donors is an advantage.
