Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners.
- Your primary focus will be on delivering end-to-end services from initial contact to final submission and deposit. This includes regular travel to meet partners at their offices to ensure close ties between our company and each partner.
- You will be responsible for a minimum of 15 leverage partners and achieving a productivity of 3 unique deposits per intake season (Spring, Summer, Fall). This requires identifying new potential consultants and onboarding them into the Leverage Partners network to increase numbers and compensate for any losses.
- You will continuously train and educate partners on new policies, initiatives, and frameworks, ensuring complete accountability for all communications between the company and partners.
- In addition, you will maintain file hygiene and cleanliness, highlighting any discrepancies or wrongdoing from external sources. You will also report to senior management and seek assistance as needed to improve partner relations through meetings, training, events, and other requests.
- Finally, you will take responsibility for operational tasks such as clearing information requests, Uni to COL conversions, CAS processes, visa support, SOP support, and UCOL to deposit conversions. Your goal is to maintain a minimum of 20% file to deposit and 75% deposit to RAU conversion rates, implementing necessary measures to sustain these standards.
