
Strategic Education Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly connected and results-oriented professional with strong networks in the education ecosystem, particularly among local school recruitment agencies, counsellors, and admission agents.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, an established network, and proven success in B2B education services, school admissions, or student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead outreach initiatives across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh regions to drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts.
- Build strong relationships with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors for sustained partnerships.
- Establish long-term business partnerships to ensure retention & engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
- Represent the organization at education events, seminars & regional meetings to establish credibility & visibility in the assigned states.
- Manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners while onboarding and ensuring their successful integration into the organization's network.
- A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment with a well-established network in the mentioned regions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems to provide valuable insights for business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field with strong project management and organisational skills.
This is a full-time role requiring expertise in driving student enrolments, building strategic partnerships, and leading outreach initiatives.
