Senior Collaboration Specialist

This role involves developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across various sectors, including academia, industry, and government. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding industry partners for collaborations such as internships, workshops, expert talks, and other initiatives.

  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value propositions of products and services to potential partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement.
  • Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, hiring drives, hackathons, or expert sessions on-campus and virtually.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and dynamics across various sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
