
Senior Business Development Manager

Our company is expanding its commercial real estate vertical and seeks a dynamic professional to join our team.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 2 years of prior corporate experience who is eager to build a career in the commercial real estate business. The selected candidate will work closely with the head of commercial real estate and receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to client-facing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the commercial vertical head in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Undergo training on all aspects of commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
- Conduct site inspections and visits within Bengaluru to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
- Build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders (design, legal, projects) and external stakeholders (brokers, consultants, corporate clients).
- Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to work smartly and efficiently.
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during meetings and client interactions.
- Be open to travel within the city for meetings and field visits.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
