Strategic Account Manager sought to lead senior client relationships across diverse industries, driving business growth and delivering integrated marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage relationships with senior clients, fostering deep understanding of their objectives and translating them into actionable strategies for creative and media teams.
- Understand client needs, leveraging expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and creative development to production, execution, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal divisions to deliver comprehensive solutions, driving business results and exceeding client expectations.
- Manage account finances, budgets, and financial tracking for assigned clients, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, new campaign ideas, and cross-sell opportunities, continuously improving performance and exceeding targets.
- Mentor and guide junior account executives and managers on day-to-day servicing, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural shifts to keep clients future-ready, anticipating and adapting to changing market conditions.
- 4–8 years of experience in account management/client servicing (agency side experience preferred), with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing (creative, digital, social, influencer, and production workflows), with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts, multiple stakeholders, and complex campaign timelines, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in C-suite discussions and able to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and account growth, driving business results and exceeding targets.
- Solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, able to anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Leadership skills, able to manage, motivate, and grow junior account teams, fostering a culture of learning and development.
