Job Role:

As a business development expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth through innovative proposal development and effective commercial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals that drive business wins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Develop industry-specific content, including decks, white papers, and case studies, to support business development efforts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates providing techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials domain.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and feedback throughout the engagement.
  • Facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting-type engagements.
  • Proven ability to lead primary research efforts and train team members to improve their research skills.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end business research or consulting engagements.
  • Past and current experience in leading teams of qualified professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, business analysis, technology analysis, competitor intelligence, management frameworks, advanced MS Office, forecasting, and business writing.
